My mm50 volume fluctuates from song to song with my 30G iPod. Did not have this problem when using the i-Station logic3 speakers. Most of the music comes out with low volume even though the volume is cranked up as high as it can. A few songs work OK....

I have a black set of mm50's and while I don't experience this problem with my iPod mini, my friend's nano has this too. Some CD's tend to sound louder than others and I believe the mm50's are more sensitive to this than most other speakers
Great set of speakers though (just got them a week ago and am loving them)

Yes ... my nano does the same thing with the mm50; mostly with classical music.

Hi,
I would suggest that you try resetting the mm50 speakers. You will be able to find the reset button if you flip the mm50 over. The reset button is situated about the " FC" wordings.
I hope this helps. ![]()
