Re: About installing new PAD files in the io2 software

We actually got a resolution to this - we were sent updated PAD files for the Oxford M3 easybook, which certainly work for us.

However, I have found that the Logitech software doesn't have the correct background image for this book, so you get your writing image on a plain white background.

If anyone want's me to send them the PAD files, then feel free to give me a yell...

Cheers.

Re: About installing new PAD files in the io2 software

I got the io2 software install en mi PC and is  working with the paper from notebook. The problem I have is that with my PAD it doesn’t work. I got the same error: paper definition missing.

I don’t now how to register the new PAD file and I don’t have the same directory structure as you mentioned: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Anoto\PADs". Shall I create it?

Re: About installing new PAD files in the io2 software

Hi

You probably do, but some folders and files are hidden.  You therefore need to select tools, folder options, show hidden files.  I still haven't go working with task manager pads so am going to try with a4 pad.

Re: About installing new PAD files in the io2 software

Hi,
I have a similar problem. I am using the pad from magicomm, called originote. I have received a file from originote (but i am not sure that this is a good version as their support is pretty poor). Can anybody help?
I copied the file that I have received in the folder with other pad definition files, but no luck.

Thanks
