When I try to use an IOTag and import into Outlook if it is a calender entry it will import the subject as the Subject;Date;Startime;endtime, even with the semi-colon's in there. My seperate character is ; the software recognizes the ; but it just dosen't seperate. It does get the body part in to the body of the entry. I am using Outlook 2002 and what I belive to be the latest version of the IO software. Any help is appreciated.

I have never been able to get the IOTAGS to work properly, despite hundreds of attempts.
I finally turned the IOTAGS functionality off, as I could never get it to work. I found it faster to write my To-Do with a regular pen on regular paper and then retype it into Outlook than to try to undo the mess the IOTAGS software created.
As to your semicolon problem, try leaving three spaces after your semicolon (leave a horizontal space after the semicolon equal in width to three times the height of a lower-case character). I find I have to leave a lot of space after punctuation characters to have the software correctly recognize the punctuation mark (especially semicolons and colons).
