I have purchased a number of su-27w digital pens for use with a research project.

We wish to upgrade the firmware on these pens in order to enable real-time bluetooth streaming of the data. For example, a similar thing has been achieved with the su-1b pens at Stanford University:

I have written to Nokia and they have responded with:

"With regard to your email concerning the Nokia Digital Pen SU-27W, at the moment there is no updated software available for this unit, however you may wish to try Logitech as they manufacture the pen on behalf of Nokia."

Hence, my post on this forum. Does anyone have any information on firmware upgrades? If not, does anyone have any contact information for the Logitech io pen support or development teams?
