Anybody had success with resurrecting a "cleaned" pen?? Ugh. I am just sick...Should I anticipate that it's dead? Oh please say it's not...Any way to open it so it can air out? Thanks...

I've been wondering how these are opened. I *think* you pop the plastic plug off of the back end of the pen and there's a little Phillips screw that you take out. I haven't tried this yet but seems like a reasonable thing to try before you start trying to pry things apart.
