I have just bought and installed a Logitech io2 digital pen. As far as I can see everything works perfectly. I installed the ICR using English as the dictionary language. However, I often create Word files and emails in Spanish and I wondered how I could do this. I presume I have to create a second profile, but how do I tell the software which profile I am using, i.e. my English profile or my Spanish profile? Do I need to create the files in different notebooks? Help, please!

In the io2 software, click tools, options, the recognition tab, then the tab with your language of choice, double-click the profile. Or, Create new profile, and when complete, double click the name you have given the profile to make it default--this is the profile that will be used.
It doesn't matter what anoto book you use for the training, but give each profile a unique name under the desired language tab. Anytime you change profiles, double click the profile name to make it the default.
For instance, I only use English, but I have a profile for Script, which I cleverly named Script, and one for Print, which is called, well, Scribble.

Thanks, I'll try that.
