I have recently purchased the io2 system and I am very pleased with the results. I then bought a pack of 3 Logitech A4 Digital Notebooks from the Logitech website to have a ready supply.

Having just opened the pack and started using one of the notebooks in the last few days, I notice that they are not A4 but approximately 1 inch shorter. Inside the notebook the front page only states "Logitech io digital notebook" but no mention of A4. The website advertises these as A4.

I put a request into logitech (eventually - it was very hard to find any email address or feedback form on the website!) and got the response that this must be a manufacturing fault and I needed to return the notebooks via the point of purchase! So far, I cannot find anywhere on the site to request a return! (I'll use the same form as before!)

Before I do this I wanted to check if anyone else has come across this or am I just going slightly mad?

It may seem like a minor issue but I like to carry other papers with me to meetings and I tuck these inside the notebook. It doesn't take long for them to get dog-eared and ripped when they are poking out of the top of the notebook!

Hello! My papers are also too short!

Not very nice! We pay for A4!

the last word I got on this from Logitech was that the notebook was 1 inch shorter but that the Oxford notebook (which is more expensive and does not have as many pages!) was a full A4 size.

They said I could return the notebooks for a refund but as I have started to use them I will wait and look around for a cheaper, full A4 notebook on the internet.
