when i tried to replace the ink cartridge the new one dosnt stay in, i tried press it and everything and it keeps sliping out

Are you trying to use refills made specifically for the IO? The reason I ask is there are generic pen refills available that seem to be almost the right size, but the diameter is a little smaller, than the IO refills. I have some for a pen, and tried it out just for fun, and found as you did that the refill wouldn't stay in.
