Question: Who do I contact if I have a problem with my Logitech digital pen?

Answer: Logitech will continue to provide customer support for owners of io2 Digital Pens for the duration of the pen’s warranty period.

Question: Where do I get ink refills and digital paper for my digital pen?

Answer: In the near term you can buy your digital pen supplies at Logitech.com, longer term you will purchase your digital pen supplies from Destiny.

Question: What about my ioPen software, will it still work?

Answer: Yes, in fact Destiny plans to enhance the current software and provide new software support.

Yes - will Destiny bring out a Vista compatible software package? - i.e. one where we don't have to struggle to install .NET 1.1?

Also, who is answering forum questions at the moment? Are we in limbo land?

Logitech Digital Writing Fourm will serve mainly as 'user to user' support based (we have many knowledgealbe users on this Forum and many thanks to them) and our staff may still chime in from time to time.  Also, you can reach us via E-Mail or Phone Support system if needed.

We believe Destiny will carry Digital Pen and Paper solution forward to support and meet growing demands but we don't have specifics at this moment.

I am having trouble installing my io pen. The software apparantly needs something called Microsoft.NET framework 1.1, but it is neither on my CD nor on the Logitech website (as far as I can tell). Where can I get this software?

Thanks for the opportunity to post our questions to Destiny.

Here are my questions.

The software from Logitech has not evolved since march 06. It has several weaknesses. What are the plans from Destiny to enhance this software.

1) The users have millions of pages already and we need the new developments to be compatible with the current software

2) The integration with Google is a key feature and could be enhanced

3) File management is poor

4) UI and window management , usage of screen space to view vs icons and menus

It's been almost 3 months since this announcement. Has the transition been completed yet? Are there updates regarding the transition and its associated changes to the product/software?

(I am also a 64-bit Vista user awaiting drivers)
