My io pen suddenly decided that it does not want to download what I have written. It was working fine yesterday and now it has decided to stop. I have downloaded the updated software and still nothing. I get an error message when I try to opne a downloaded page that reads: "... is not a valid .pen document. make sure file is a valid .pen document."  Also, the page that did download yesterday does not exist any more in my io documents.

Any suggestions? Should I buy a newer version?
