Called tech support today. My pen is not downloading. Troubleshooting took over 1 hour, isolated to the pen itself. There are no pens available for replacement from Logitech, so I get a refund sometime in the next 4 months.

Hope destiny starts up manufacturing soon!

I just saw the geeks.com has new io2 packages for $79.99 after double rebates. I am not affiliated with them in any way but sometimes buy from them.

While waiting for a replacement IO2 pen from Logitech, I bought one for $79.99 from Geeks.com. Fast service. Pen was latest version in their new packaging. Works great.

I also am not in any way connected to Geeks.com., but I'm very impressed with their prices and service.
