My IO2 Digital Pen seems to have stopped working. I no longer get a short vibration when ticking an Activity box and no Download Window appears when I dock the pen. A vibration only occurs when removing the top. The message 'Nothing to download' always appears. I think I have tried everything to resolve the problem - checked connections, tested on two PC systems, soft reset, hard reset, re-installing the software, etc. The pen is 100% charged.

Background - I stopped using my Digital pen a few months ago when ink cartridges started to leak when inserted. I tried inserting new cartridges from the original spares pack but got the same result so I shelved the pen. I have recently obtained two packs of new cartridges. These insert OK - no leaks - but my pen does not seem to store anything I write. Could there be a link between the leaks and the current problem? Please help. Keen to put the pen back to work.

Hi Greg

Did you manage to get your issues resolved with your digital pen that was not downloading? I am struggling to resolve the same problem.

I too Can't download.  It starts but stops in the middle.  If I remove the pen and re-insert to the cradle I get "Nothing to Download" message.  I have tried to re-est the pen but does not work.  I have also tried writting another page. But the process starts alover again.  I'm using Windows Vista Home Basic.
