We are looking for a pressurized ink refill cartridge that would fit the io2 pen so that in cold weather, writing against a wall, etc. the ink will still flow.

Any one know of a manufacturer that makes the pressurized ink refill to fit the io2 pen?

You could try the refills available from Adapx (www.adapx.com), for a slightly different version of digital pen. I don't know for certain if they will fit, but they are made by Fisher (the Space Pen people) so it should be a decent product. I think you can also search elsewhere for a Fisher Mini-ballpoint refill (Colorado Pen Direct carries them); I suspect they are the same product but I don't know for certain.
