hey does any one know if this card is supported be Windows Vista Ultimate and its Media Center 2? And if there are any driver updates for it?

Yesterday I found new drivers at encore-usa.com, the drivers are designed for Vista, and if you use Ultimate, it works with MCE, Encore is one of the resellers of these cards, use the link below to find the driver, they call this board ENLTV-FM, but, indeed, is a Super TV Pro originally manufactured by 10moons (10moons.com), I think Genius TVGo11 is the same card too.

Before you install these drivers, read this huge WARNING, the Vista drivers modify the firmware of your TV Card, so, it will be Vista and MCE compatible, but, be carefull, this step is not reversible and once is taken the board will not work anymore with the original software in XP, you will have to use Vista for ever if you want to use the original software. A little explanation about this is the following: the card is originally detected as two devices, first, the capture device and then the tuner device, once you upgrade the firmware it is detected as an only BDA device, so in order for the card to work again on Win XP you will have to use Vista drivers on XP or use some third party hybrid device drivers and of course, since the hardware changed, the SuperTV software will not recognize it and you should use another third party software to watch TV, in my case, drivers from Active Development (10moons) worked fine, and a free TV watching software done the rest but if you are the kind of person who doesn´t like to use third party software, well, think twice before upgrading the firmware if you think you will keep your vista from now... feel free to upgrade it.

hello, i made the mistake of upgrading the firmware of  my enltv-fm card, so now that i want to go back to XP, i can't do it. could you help me please!, telling me the details of installing new drivers and which would be the utility to use this tv card with xp again? Thank you in advance.

Super TV Pro will work with Vista Ultimate SP1 in case you do thye following.

You install it s usual then before starting the program, you go to C:\Program Files\SuperTV pro and find the powrproff.dll.

You do not have to delete it, you may put any letter at the beginning like zpowrproff.dll, so the program will loose it.

and the superTV pro will work without compatibility setting.
