IO2 Pen has been working fine for months.
I recently moved to a new laptop running Vista Ultimate.
The pen worked fine for about a month, now I get this error when i put the pen in the USB cradle...
Downloading from pen...
"An error occured during download. The handwritten data is safely stored in the pen. Please undock your pen and dock it into the cradle again. If the download fails again, please reboot the computer."
When i click on "Details" the message is:
internal error code: 0x80010105
I get the same issue if i try to redock and after a reboot.
Can someone please help - this means my £100 odd pen is totally useless!!!!

Thank you Kazy! Following your instructions the pen is now downloading again so i can use it once more.
The only problem now is that every time I start my computer the Pen.TrayIcon.exe is blocked from starting until I specifically allow it to run. I have to do this every single time i turn on my PC. I wonder if anyone knows a way around this?
