Hello,

have ordered a io2 pen from amazon but it seems that the pen will not work with anoto pattern. When trying to write on anoto pattern, the pen flashes red. Firmware of pen is 38.16 consumer.

Writing in the book which was in the pen-package works fine.

I have read before some weeks, that there is a firmware 44.xx out - maybe this is the problem?

Does anybody know about my problem?

Where to get the latest firmware for the pen - found nothing in the download-section of logitech.

In this kit, you will find the documentation, the Digital Pen 2 Firmware Updater (to update pen FW to 44.24) and also the lasted Io2 Enterprise SW 4.0.

How long should the firmware update take?  My pen just blinks red for hours with no changes in the program status bar.

EDIT:  I went against the directions, removed the pen and reinsterted into the cradle and then the progress bar started to move and the pen got updated.  So much for following the directions and warnings.

Hello,

I have attempted to download the 'ast business kit' to obtain the latest firmware (44.24). I cannot find anyplace at the Logitech website with this file. Nothing is shown in the download catalog. The search function does not recognize 'ast business kit' or 'firmware 44.24'. My reason for wanting the file is :

I recently started having a problem where all of a sudden my pen will vibrate loudly with memory led blinking red and at that point whatever I have written is lost. Afterwards the pen works fine and saves all my writings. I always have the memory cleared after a download and the battery is always fully charged.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have an io2 too and the led are also flashing red, with vibrating, even when I plug it to charge! I tried to download the Business kit, but the link you posted is now dead....
Someone could repost another one? pleease :'(
