i've got the problem that this message appears when i put the pen in his station.

i write somthing on the paper and the pen vibrates two times (start, send) and the blue led switches on

than the color turns red and the message appears...

what is going wrong?

the pen is this one: ATD-AAA-ZWA-BT <-seen in the message box in systray

This messages comes when:

Page Pattern is not recognized by the pen that you are using.

yeah, I had this one too..

Try a hard reset on the pen..
Hold the reset button in, while pressing to paper.. hold like until the pen red flashing stops.. usually 3-4 mins.

It will erase everything in your pen, but should clear it up.

If not, call tech support, they are acually very helpful.
