I can't install software version 4.1, because of the services error. Does somebody know where I can find the old 3.x version?

I found the solution for the problems with 4.1. When the software stops with the message ..services..etc. turn the PC off(not Windows!)with the on/off button. When you start your PC after that, io2 software wil be installed.

This really does work in many cases. The software lies when it says the install did not complete, or it sees a problem where there is none.

This did not work for me.  Does anyone have the 3.3 or 3.5 download?
