I have a sneaky feeling that I cannot password protect my downloaded files from my io2.  I found the menu for protecting the pen, but nothing for protecting the downloaded data files.  Have I missed something?

No, the password is only to prevent someone from downloading data off of your pen.

To protect the files once downloaded, only download them to a protected directory within your account.
